Find the model number
Look on the base or the underside of the roof, on the packaging, or in your order confirmation. Camera feeders also show the model and serial number in the app’s device settings. The maker needs it to send the right part.
What wears out first
Suction cups harden and lose their grip, perches and ports crack, nectar feeder seals and flowers wear, and squirrels chew whatever they can reach. Warm, reshaped suction cups often grip again; otherwise replace them with the maker’s own, sized for that feeder.
Generic parts
A generic hook, pole or baffle fits only if the size matches: check the outside diameter, the thread and the load the maker allows. For camera feeders, use the maker’s own batteries, solar panels and cables; the warranty can depend on it.
